Safety & Usage Guidelines

1. No Hammering Never strike the tool screw or press block with a hammer. Doing so may cause thread stripping or tool fracture.

2. Do Not Use Damaged Components Immediately replace the screw or nut if any deformation or thread stripping is observed. Continued use under these conditions is strictly prohibited.

3. Eye Protection Required Safety glasses or goggles must be worn at all times during operation. Bushing fragments or tool fracture may occur under pressure.

4. Ensure Proper Alignment The press block must be fully seated and flush against the bushing face before applying pressure. Misalignment may result in bushing deformation or rear axle housing damage.

5. Lubrication Required Apply grease to all contact surfaces between the screw and nut before use. Failure to lubricate may cause thread seizure due to dry friction.

6. No Open Flame Heating Do not use open flame to heat the rear axle housing. Excessive heat may cause metal annealing and compromise structural integrity.
